It was a cloudy night when Pam began the car. The constant buzzing of the motor engine annoyed her, as she knew she was drunk and tired. She began to slowly close her eyes. For her it felt good, but she didn’t know how good it felt when her car crashed into a tree. This was the first unfortunate event which occurred to Pam.
Hours later she woke up. All she could hear was the throbbing of her head, her brain felt lifeless. She opened her eyes and saw her car in flames. The heat blast nearly killed her. Still recovering from the shock, she stood up not comprehending where she was and what happened to her car. Nothing seemed familiar. She looked down at her arm and noticed it was severely injured, blood flowing in and out of a deep, red wound. She didn’t even feel a thing, she was still drunk from the heavy shots she and her boyfriend had previously. The chilly wind captured her thoughts as she turned her head to see an unordinary figure. It was amongst all of the leafy trees and logs. The sounds randomly heard were scary. The lonely dark sensation of this place, was unusual, and reminded her back at the farm. Though this place was different, it had strange and exotic feeling, like she was captive, not knowing where she was and who this person was.

Friday 13th
It was Friday the 13th and the whole school was buzzing with scary thoughts,
Everybody was so suspicious, they nearly peed their shorts.
It was the day of the evil spirits, the day the dead walked on earth,
People were so scared, they could run from here to Perth.
In fact, Perth, that’s were we’re going for our school trip,
My mum told me to bring my home-work but I said ‘get a grip!’
My teacher told me I was in a room alone,
I thought to myself, should I bring my phone?
But that didn't matter, what mattered was the day,
The day the evil spirits flew away,
Away in the room, the room I was in
The room that was haunted, through thick or thin
It was time to let go,
To show everyone the ghost I saw called Po.
I saw him again, like I did on the art gallery show,
Next time he asks me for my spirit, I will say no
